Ludo Compass: Offline AI by FastNClean
Android package: com.fnc.ludocompass

Effective date / last updated: 28 September 2026

This policy explains how FastNClean ("we", "our" or "us") handles information in the initial release of Ludo Compass: Offline AI ("Compass"). It describes this app, not features offered by our other apps.

Compass is a free, ad-supported, single-player game against computer opponents, intended for ages 13 and over. It has no app account, social sign-in, online or pass-and-play multiplayer, app-operated cloud save or offered in-app purchases. Gameplay works offline, but advertising, analytics and crash-reporting services can process information when a connection is available.

For our other apps, see the shared FastNClean privacy policy. This dedicated policy is the more specific notice for Compass.

1. Local game data

Compass stores settings, a local player identifier, profile choices, Journey medals, solved lessons and completed-match progress on your device. These records let the game retain your preferences and progress between sessions. They are not an authenticated online account.

The game does not provide its own cloud-save or account-synchronisation service. Android backup or device transfer may include local app data, depending on your device and settings. That operating-system feature is separate from an app-operated cloud account. Local preferences are not necessarily encrypted.

2. Online services, information and purposes

Compass uses Google AdMob, Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics and their supporting installation/session services. Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) handles applicable advertising privacy forms and choices. These services involve processing by Google; having no app account does not make their information anonymous or mean that no information leaves the device.

Advertising

AdMob delivers and measures ads and helps detect fraud and misuse. Its SDK can collect and share an IP address and IP-derived approximate location, advertising or other device identifiers, app/ad interactions and diagnostics. Advertising IDs are used when available; other service identifiers can still exist when an advertising ID is unavailable or deleted.

Ad-impression revenue reporting includes the ad format, source, unit, impression value, currency and app version. This describes advertising revenue, not a purchase made by you. Compass's initial release does not offer in-app purchases or collect payment-card details.

Analytics

Analytics measures app use so we can understand and improve the game. Information includes app-instance or device identifiers, approximate location and technical information, and app interactions such as sessions, entering the menu, starting and finishing matches, wins and advertising events. Collection and use are subject to the app's Analytics configuration and applicable consent choices.

Crash reporting

Crashlytics helps investigate faults. Reports include crash traces, exception messages and diagnostic logs, app/device state and associated installation or session identifiers. Supporting Firebase services process identifiers and technical information needed to operate these functions.

Support and recipients

If you choose to email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you send and use them to respond and investigate your request. Your selected email service handles the message. Compass does not automatically send an email or attach diagnostic files.

Google processes information for the services above under its applicable terms and our service arrangements. Relevant information may also be disclosed where required by law or needed to address fraud, security threats or valid legal requests. Please review the Google Privacy Policy, Google's explanation of services in partner apps, Firebase privacy information and AdMob data-disclosure information for provider details.

3. Permissions and privacy choices

Compass does not request GPS location, contacts, camera or microphone access. Its approximate-location processing described above is derived from network information rather than a GPS permission. The app uses network access for its online services and the Android advertising-ID permission for supported advertising functions.

UMP presents applicable regional privacy forms. When Google requires a privacy-options entry point, Compass provides a privacy-choice control, including in Settings, to review the choices offered by the form. The available options depend on the applicable region and service configuration.

These choices are not a universal analytics/crash-reporting opt-out. Declining personalised ads does not necessarily stop all diagnostic, security, restricted-signal or limited-advertising processing. Compass has no worldwide switch that disables every online service.

Supported Android privacy settings allow you to reset or delete your advertising ID and manage device permissions. These actions do not by themselves delete records previously transmitted to service providers. Playing offline does not remove records already collected.

4. Retention

5. Deletion and privacy requests

There is no Compass app account to delete and no in-app remote-data deletion tool. You can clear Compass's local storage in Android settings. Clearing storage or uninstalling does not itself erase SDK records already transmitted or independent backup copies.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a data-protection authority. For a privacy request, contact mehrangull@gmail.com and identify Ludo Compass.

We may need appropriate verification and enough information to identify relevant records, without asking for unnecessary sensitive information. Requests are handled subject to applicable rights and obligations and the information we can identify. We will explain if information must be retained for a legitimate reason. A request is not a guarantee that every provider record can be identified by an email address or removed immediately.

6. Age and children

Compass is intended for ages 13 and over and is not directed to children under 13. The game does not verify every player's age; this audience statement is not a claim that 13 is the applicable age of consent in every country.

Parents or guardians with concerns about a child's information can contact the privacy address below. Requests concerning children's information are handled under applicable child-protection requirements.

7. Security and international processing

We use reasonable measures appropriate to the information and services involved. The identified Google SDK services use encrypted network transport. This does not mean local game preferences are encrypted, and no transmission or storage system is completely secure.

We and our service providers may process information in countries other than yours. Google's privacy notices describe its international processing and safeguards. Applicable protections depend on the service, contractual arrangements and relevant law.
