Privacy Policy
FastNClean apps and games
Effective date / last updated: 28 September 2026
This policy explains how FastNClean ("we", "our" or "us") handles information in the apps and games that link to this page. It covers our existing games, including Ludo Online: Play with Friends, and other FastNClean apps, as well as Ludo Compass: Offline AI.
Looking for Ludo Compass? Read the dedicated Ludo Compass: Offline AI privacy policy. Its app-specific notice is also retained below so existing links to this shared page remain useful.
Features vary by app and version. Not every app has accounts, social features, location, purchases, advertising or every service described below. Read the sections relevant to the app and features you use, together with its in-app notices and store Data safety information. An app-specific notice, including the Ludo Compass notice below, takes precedence for that app where it gives more specific information. This page does not add permissions or features to an app.
1. Information we handle and why
Local settings, progress and downloaded content
Apps may store preferences, local player identifiers, game progress, scores, achievements, reading positions or bookmarks, and downloaded content on your device to provide their features. Offline use does not necessarily mean that the app has no online services. Android or another operating system may include local data in its own backup or device-transfer features, depending on your settings. Local app storage is separate from an app-operated cloud account or synchronisation service.
App use, advertising and diagnostics
Where advertising, analytics or crash-reporting services are included, the app and its service providers can process:
- Device model, operating system, app version, language, network information and IP address.
- Approximate location inferred from an IP address; this is different from GPS location.
- Advertising IDs when available, app-instance or app-set identifiers, and installation or session identifiers.
- Interactions such as launches, sessions, feature or content use, gameplay events, scores, advertisement views, clicks and rewards.
- Crash traces, exception messages, diagnostic logs, app state and performance information.
These data help provide and improve app functionality, understand use, diagnose faults, deliver and measure ads, and prevent fraud and misuse. Remote configuration services can deliver settings or content addresses and process installation and technical information to do so. Advertising revenue reports may contain an ad source, format, unit, currency and impression value; those reports are not a user's purchase history.
Sign-in, social play and game services — where offered
If an app offers Facebook, Google or another third-party sign-in or social feature, the provider may supply an account or player identifier, display name, profile image, email address or other information permitted by the selected feature and its authorisation. We use the information available to provide that account or social functionality. This does not mean every app receives every field or that an app receives your third-party password.
Games offering Play Games achievements or leaderboards may send gameplay results and achievement progress to Google and associate them with your Play Games identity. Where multiplayer or social features exist, the profile details, scores or content intended for that feature can be visible to other players. Use the relevant provider's account controls to manage that connection. Ludo Compass does not offer these account or social features.
Location-based features — where offered
Some utility features need a location to work. For example, versions of our Holy Quran App with prayer or Ramadan timing functions can request device location permission, access latitude and longitude, and send those coordinates with the date and calculation method to the AlAdhan prayer-times service to obtain results. The service also receives the connection's IP address. This feature is distinct from advertising's IP-derived approximate location and is not a feature of Ludo Compass.
You can manage location permission in device settings. Denying it can make location-dependent features unavailable or affect their results. Download and content services receive the requested resource and normal connection information such as an IP address. Some Quran content is downloaded from the configured content host, including thetechmages.com, and saved locally for reading.
Purchases — only in apps that offer them
If an app offers a paid item or subscription, the platform store processes the payment. The app or purchase service may receive product and transaction identifiers, receipts or purchase tokens, purchase status and entitlement information to deliver, validate or restore the item and address support or fraud issues. The platform handles payment-card entry; its own privacy and payment terms apply. Ludo Compass's initial release does not offer in-app purchases.
Support and information you choose to share
If you contact us, we receive your email address and the message, attachments and other details you send. We use this information to respond, investigate the issue and maintain the related support record. A user-initiated share, external link or email is also handled by the app or service you select. Do not include passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information.
2. Service providers and sharing
Depending on the app, version and enabled feature, information is processed by us and the providers needed for that feature. These can include:
- Google AdMob and its advertising services: advertising delivery, measurement, diagnostics and fraud prevention. These SDKs can collect and share device identifiers, approximate location, interactions and diagnostics.
- Google Analytics for Firebase: app-use measurement and associated technical information, subject to the app's Analytics configuration and consent controls.
- Firebase Crashlytics, supporting installation/session services and Remote Config: fault investigation, service operation and configuration delivery where included.
- Google Play Games or Facebook/Meta: identity, achievements, leaderboards or social features where the app offers them.
- Platform stores, Unity services and purchase integrations: app distribution, diagnostics or purchase functions where included and enabled.
- Content, timing and hosting providers: requested downloads or network features, such as the AlAdhan prayer-time requests described above; email providers handle support correspondence.
Providers process data under their applicable terms, our service arrangements and the choices available for the feature. We may also disclose relevant information when required by law, to respond to valid legal requests, or to protect users and the service against fraud or security threats. An external provider's use of information is also explained in its own privacy notice.
Useful provider information: Google Privacy Policy, Google services in partner apps, Firebase privacy and retention, Meta Privacy Policy and Unity Privacy Policy. Listing a provider here does not mean that every FastNClean app activates it.
3. Permissions and privacy choices
Device permissions and the app's feature prompts describe access relevant to that app. You can change granted permissions in device settings; doing so can limit the corresponding feature. Permission access, local processing and sending information to a server are different activities. A permission request is not a request for permission to use data for any unrelated purpose.
Where a Google User Messaging Platform privacy form is used, it provides applicable regional choices. A privacy-options control is provided when the service requires it, allowing you to review the choices offered by that app's form. Apps and regions may expose different controls.
Supported Android settings let you reset or delete the advertising ID. Third-party account settings may let you disconnect a game or restrict profile access. Changing these settings, declining personalised ads or playing offline does not necessarily remove records already collected or stop all diagnostic, security or limited-advertising processing. We do not describe these controls as a universal switch disabling every service.
4. Retention, deletion and your rights
Retention depends on the app, data and purpose. Local settings, progress and downloads remain until removed through an app's available controls, operating-system storage controls or uninstalling, subject to separate backups or device-transfer copies. Account or purchase records, where applicable, are retained for the related service and as needed for support, security, fraud prevention or legal obligations. Support correspondence is retained as needed to resolve the request and meet applicable obligations.
Analytics, advertising and diagnostics have their respective configured or provider retention periods. Aggregated reports, backups and legally retained records may follow different schedules. There is no single 90-day retention or deletion guarantee covering every FastNClean app or every provider. See the specific Compass settings below.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a data-protection authority. Contact mehrangull@gmail.com with the app name and your request. Include enough information to identify the relevant app or account, but do not send your password. We may need appropriate verification to protect your information.
For an app with an account, use its account-deletion route where provided, or contact us about the app and associated data. Disconnecting a Facebook/Google account, cancelling a subscription and deleting an app account are different actions. Store subscriptions are managed through the relevant store. This policy does not claim that all legacy apps have the same in-app deletion interface.
Requests are handled subject to applicable rights and obligations, necessary verification and the records we can identify. We will explain if information needs to be retained for a legitimate reason. Clearing local app data or uninstalling does not by itself delete server records or copies held by independent services; their own controls may also be relevant.
5. Children and age-related information
Our apps have different purposes and intended audiences. There is no single age restriction or child-directed designation that applies to every FastNClean app. Check the specific app's audience information, store listing and in-app notices. A store content rating does not itself verify a user's age or determine the age at which consent is valid in every country.
For services used by children, applicable parental-consent and child-data requirements must be addressed for that app. This general policy is not a claim that every app has an age screen, child-specific advertising configuration or parental-consent feature. Parents or guardians can contact us about a child's use or information at the privacy address below. Where applicable, requests concerning a child's information are handled under the relevant child-protection requirements.
6. Security and international processing
We use reasonable measures appropriate to the data and services involved. Google documents encrypted network transport for the identified AdMob and Firebase services. Local preferences are not necessarily encrypted, and no transmission or storage method is completely secure. Keep your device and account credentials secure.
We and service providers may process information in countries other than yours. Applicable protections depend on the service, contractual arrangements and privacy law; provider notices explain their international processing. This policy does not guarantee compliance with every jurisdiction or certify every third-party service.
7. Ludo Compass: Offline AI — specific notice
Read the full dedicated Ludo Compass privacy policy. This section remains available for existing in-app links to the shared FastNClean policy.
App: Ludo Compass: Offline AI
Developer: FastNClean
Android package: com.fnc.ludocompass
Notice updated: 28 September 2026
This section describes the initial Compass release and overrides broader feature examples above where they do not apply.
- Single-player and local progress: Compass plays against computer opponents, with no app account, Facebook/Google sign-in, online or pass-and-play multiplayer, or app-operated cloud save. Settings, a local player identifier, profile choices, Journey medals, solved lessons and completed-match progress are stored locally. Android backup/device transfer may include them.
- No purchases: the initial release offers no in-app purchases. It is ad-supported, not ad-free. Gameplay can run offline; online services can process information when a connection is available.
- Data and services: AdMob, Analytics for Firebase and Crashlytics, including supporting installation/session services, can process IP-derived approximate location, app/ad interactions, device or installation identifiers, diagnostics and crash logs. Compass does not request GPS location, and does not have the Quran prayer-time or content-download features described above.
- Purposes: game operation and improvement, usage measurement, fault investigation, advertising and its measurement, and fraud prevention. Match-start, finish and win events and ad-impression revenue may be recorded; revenue is not a user's purchase.
- Choices: UMP provides applicable regional privacy forms and a privacy-choice control, including in Settings, when the service requires it. These choices are not a universal analytics/crash opt-out, and do not mean all data collection ceases.
- Analytics retention: at this update, the configured event-data period is 2 months and user-data period is 14 months, with the user-data period reset by new activity. These settings do not set a deletion deadline for aggregates, AdMob or other services.
- Crash retention: Firebase states that Crashlytics retains crash traces, extracted crash data and associated identifiers for 90 days before starting removal from live and backup systems. This is not a guarantee that every Compass record is deleted within 90 days.
- Deletion: there is no app account or in-app remote-data deletion tool. Local storage can be cleared in Android settings. That action does not erase previously transmitted SDK records. Privacy requests can be sent to the contact below.
- Age: Compass is intended for ages 13 and over and is not directed to children under 13. This is not a claim that the app verifies every user's age, nor a rule for other FastNClean apps or every country's consent age.
General Compass support: fastncleangames@yahoo.com. If you choose to email support, your mail app sends the message you approve; Compass does not automatically send an email or attach diagnostic files.
8. Contact and policy updates
FastNClean
Privacy questions and requests: mehrangull@gmail.com
Please include the app name and version when asking about a specific feature or data practice. App-specific support details may also appear in that app's store listing.
Updates will be posted at this same policy URL with a revised date. If an applicable change requires an additional notice or consent, a policy update is not a substitute for that step. This version broadens the former Ludo Online policy to FastNClean apps and games while retaining its relevant account, social, advertising, service-provider, retention, rights and support coverage conditionally. It does not state that every app uses those features.
